Repairs
As of July 2025, Butler & Wilson no longer offers a repair service. We understand how special each piece of jewellery can be, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We remain committed to the quality of our products and continue to offer a 6-month Initial Care Window, from the date of purchase. During this period, if an item is found to be faulty or damaged, we may be able to offer a replacement — subject to stock availability and at our discretion.
Please note that:
- Replacements will only be offered within the 6-month Initial Care Window
- We cannot guarantee availability of specific items
- We reserve the right to decline a replacement request, for example, if the item has been mishandled or the correct care guidelines have not been followed.
For any replacement-related enquiries, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a copy of your original receipt, and a clear photo of the item in question.
