Having trouble accessing your account? Follow these steps.

1. CHECK YOUR REGISTRATION EMAIL
Check your email address on the registration email you received, when you registered with us.

2. FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
Use the 'forgot password' button, to reset your password. You must supply the email address used when registering.

Remember:

- Ensure Javascript and cookies are enabled in your browser.

- Ensure there are no ad blockers, blocking are page.

- All the details required to login are case-sensitive.

- There must also not be any white space before (or after) the email address or password.

- If the issues still persists, please delete your cache history. Removing www.butlerandwilson.co.uk from your history may help you login, alternatively please try a different browser, i.e Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, FireFox etc.

With our brand new website, comes new toys.
We have a new loyalty point scheme. But don’t worry any old points will transfer across, as soon as you have created a new account. Please see steps above.

To see your points and rewards, please head to the ‘Rewards’ navy blue button at the bottom left-hand side of the site. For more info on rewards please see here.

You can track the whereabouts of your parcel using the reference number enclosed in the shipping confirmation email.
Here is a reference number example eg. XH545554533GB.
Insert the reference into the Track & Trace page on Royal Mail.
Please note you will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Should you wish to return your Butler & Wilson purchase, you can return the item(s) within 28 days of purchase, however for sale items returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

For items purchased
in the sale the buyer will bear the direct costs of the return.

- Add your item(s) to your basket

- Click 'Checkout' on the drawer page

- You're now at the 'Shopping Basket' page

- Enter your code into the 'discount code' box on the right-hand side.

- Once you have entered the code, click the 'Apply' button

Please note: Discount codes are not redeemable against sale items & can only be used at the point of purchase. We're afraid we can't retrospectively give money off an order that was placed in the past.
