Butler & Wilson offer a repair service for Butler & Wilson items that are from recent collections only.
The repairs can be given in to either of our stores at:

If you are unable to visit our stores please post your items via Recorded Delivery to:

Please enclose your contact details, including your telephone number, address or email address.
On receipt of your item our Repair Department will contact you to discuss the repair options and any costs involved.
If the item was purchased in the last 3 months we are happy to exchange the item or repair the item free of charge if you are able to provide proof of purchase.
For all other repairs carried out there will be a small charge applicable.
Please note that an assessment of a repair can only be carried out with the presence of the item, and we are unable to give any firm quotations by telephone or mail.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
