DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once your order is received by us, you will receive a confirmation email.

Your item(s) will then be packaged and dispatched.

You will then receive a second email with your Tracking ID. You can track the whereabouts of your package using the Royal Mail Track & Trace service online.

Full Valid Postcodes are required for every order.  We will not send any order without one.  If you provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, we do not accept any responsibility for the failure of an order to arrive.

We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt, although this is not always possible. Orders may take up to 5 days to be dispatched during exceptionally busy periods.
